I use this in our family room when I don't want to heat the rest of the house. The heater part is not real noticeable and the flame glows nicely through the metal doors. For the price, this unit is built sturdy and is attractive.

The Keystone stove really delivers. Living in a leaky building, using the heat pump is such a waste of time and dollars. The Keystone is suitable for warming up toes and hands. It will heat a small bedroom as the heat setting is like a fan that turns itself off and on. If you want to just admire the fire without the heat, just turn the admiring feature on. Very easy to figure out. Two buttons: one for heat and one for admiring.The only drawback is that pretty much everything has to be at least one yard away. This is no small feat in a small bedroom. I moved all the furniture around and even moved the Keystone. This is run by two small size light bulbs that drive the motor. It is NOT infrared technology but for me, it's perfect. If the feds discontinue this size light bulb, that would be bad. I'll keep my fingers crossed.The bronze color is pleasant and all I had to do was to put the legs on. Easy does it. Even the pets aren't afraid to be in the same room as the stove. At first, the fan sound scared them away. It's not a loud fan sound but you know how cats are.
