The Lifesmart Air Commander is the latest in all season innovation. This unit features our exclusive metal wrapped infrared elements and whisper quiet blower to heat a large room up to 1500 square feet. Also included is a powerful cooling fan with our oscillating louvers to move the cool air around your room. We have installed an electric Ionizer to help purify the room as well as a lifetime air filter. All of these features are encased in our stylish Quakerstown dark oak color all wood cabinet. The cabinet is cool to the touch. This unit is backed by an industry leading 3 year warranty There are 3 energy savings settings including an Eco Setting that will heat smaller areas to 68 degrees using only 500 watts. This amazing all season Air Commander also includes a new larger remote control to operate the Digital Thermostat and Dual Timer settings that can be used to turn the unit on in up to 12 Hours so your room is warm when you come home or turn off in up to 12 hours.

Well I bought this heater to replace my other infrared heater that only heated 1000 sq ft. So far I am not impressed at all. Out of the box the plastic holder for the thermostat was broke. It don't believe this effects the heating as thermostat is in the same place. I unplugged my old heater and plugged this one in. It's been 5 hrs now and I swear the room got colder. The wood cabinet is cheaply made looks good from a distance but up close you can see how cheap it is. Im gonna return this and hope it works better then this one. It does blow hot air but the fan does not blow the air very far at all. Im trying to heat about 450 sq ft and it is having trouble doing the job.

I am new to these heating products as I have only learned about infrared heat this year. I read about the benefits about infrared heat and decided to buy and try this unit. Not only does this heater look beautiful when I got it, it really does a great job heating up my room! It has amazing features like a timer that will shut the unit off and a cooling only function that will help with airflow in the summer which I look forward to trying. Overall this is a great unit, I recommend it.

I have this heater for about 2 month now. I bought it for my son's room which is right above the garage so it tends to be cooler than the rest of the house. It's a small room (I think 13x8). It works great and I love all the benefits of the heater (doesn't affect the humidity, automatic on and off, timer) and air purifier, but the thermostat in it is absolutely terrible. I keep the heater on the automatic setting of 72 degrees and when it is done heating and automatically shuts off the room is at 69. I have to crank it up to 74 to get the room to 70... Other than that it's great so just something to keep in mind.
