5Great heater
By Thomas Krisanda
This heater was purchased for use in an airplane hangar I chose this particular model because it had enough BTU's to do the job, and was easily movable with the included wheel kit.Pros: Well made, portable, holds 14 gallons of fuel (burns 1.3 GPH), will burn kerosene, diesel, Jet-A and #2 fuel oil. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the wheel/axle assembly. No smoke and very little odor burning diesel fuel. Easy to assemble.Cons: Although the heater moves easily, the front handle is a bit cumbersome. The fuel filler is located such that you will probably need to use a funnel. The fuel gauge seems accurate. The heater arrives factory-set to burn kerosene. Using one of the other higher viscosity fuels may require adjusting the fuel pump pressure - this is easy to do, but the instructions are a bit confusing as the drawing of the adjustment screw did not match what I was seeing. I took a chance on the screw that extended out from the back of the pump housing, and it did the trick.Overall a great purchase!
